- At least 5 years proven experience in leading and implementing change management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change theory and organizational development.
- At least 1 year in using Jira, Confluence.
- Fluent English, other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management at various levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of risk mitigation tactics and change management software.
- Effective communication of technical information to non-technical staff.
- Efficient leadership competencies to drive change effectively.
- Familiarity with business management principles and systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
