Senior C# Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior C# Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our software solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in C# programming, with deep expertise in the .NET Framework internals.

The Project:

The Fixed Income Algos initiative aims to create the necessary infrastructure for executing algorithmic trading strategies developed by quantitative analysts (Quants) in a scalable architecture. This architecture is designed for ultra-low latency performance and the flexibility to operate in various large-scale environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C# applications.
2. Optimize application performance and scalability.
3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of multithreading concepts to optimize application performance.
4. Utilize in-depth knowledge of how the .NET Framework works to troubleshoot and optimize code.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze problems, and deliver solutions.
6. Participate in Agile development processes.
7. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of commercial experience using C#.
3. Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
4. Deep understanding of multithreading.
5. In-depth knowledge of how the .NET Framework works.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
2. Experience in the banking industry.
3. Experience with low-latency systems.
4. Strong English communication skills.
5. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
