The project aims to optimize and extend next‑gen vehicle software. Our clients are OEMs from Europe and development is targeted to Automotive Solutions that will be deployed in new European cars. The project is considered a technical excellence effort and we pay huge attention to technical challenge motivation of our team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in C++.
• Extensive experience with Sensor Fusion, Signal Processing, Computer Vision & AI.
• Expertise in sensor calibration, integration, and fusion algorithms for multi‑modal data streams.
• Experience with direct (e.g., driver‑facing cameras) and indirect sensing (e.g., radar, vehicle data).
• Extensive experience in systems engineering & design, parallel computing (GPU), in‑vehicle communication protocols, real‑time processing, and fault‑tolerant design.
• Understanding of driver behavior, human‑machine interaction design, and cognitive load assessment, fatigue and distraction modeling.
• Experience with facial recognition, eye‑tracking, head‑ and body‑pose estimation, and emotion/behavior classification.
• Focus on model robustness, validation, and deployment in automotive environments.
• Background in embedded systems and software development for automotive applications (C/C++, Python, SQL, *viewer, Carbon).

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate eye‑tracking, facial recognition, and head‑pose monitoring technologies into automotive DMS solutions.
• Design and implement AI‑based cognitive load assessment.
• Develop and refine microsleep and fatigue detection protocols, as well as distraction scenario models.
• Conduct false positive/negative analysis to enhance system reliability and driver trust.
• Ensure high‑quality integration of software, e.g., by using Bazel with vehicle architecture, including embedded systems, and real‑time software development.
• Develop automotive‑grade software to ensure system reliability, robustness and fault tolerance.
