About the project
We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with strong proficiency in modern C++ and solid knowledge of Linux-based environments. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-level software components, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions in technically demanding projects. Experience in automotive, energy, or telecommunication industries will be considered a strong advantage.

Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ applications and libraries
- Ensure software performance, reliability, and scalability
- Work with Linux environments (build systems, debugging, shell scripting, etc.)
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
- Collaborate with system architects, testers, and integration engineers to ensure seamless project delivery
- Document code, designs, and processes in line with project standards
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in C++ software development
- Solid understanding of Linux OS, including development tools and environment configuration
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and object-oriented design principles
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Please note that this position is fully on-site, with a 5-day workweek in the Kraków office
Optional
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: automotive, energy, or telecommunication
- Familiarity with embedded systems, networking protocols, or multithreading
- Knowledge of Python or Bash scripting
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Bazel experience is a plus
