Your responsibilities

• From request to rollout: You are responsible for collecting, implementing, testing, and shipping new features for our C# applications.
• You extend and improve our Blazor-based web frontends that our customers use.
• Leading and participating in code reviews and mentoring of other C# developers.
• You are working in our agile development team in close coordination with the departments involved.

Our requirements

• Degree in computer science or comparable desirable.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial software development.
• Min 4 years of programming experience on the .NET platform / C#.
• Strong understanding of agile development, design patterns, and clean code fundamentals like SOLID principles.
• Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical projects.
• Passion for technology and automation.
• Ability and interest to work with cutting-edge technologies and keep learning new things.
• Communicative knowledge of Polish and English.
• Travel with the team to Germany 1-2 times per year.
