About this opportunity:
We are currently looking for professionals with 5+ of relevant experience who want to be part of Radio Software development for 5G and 6G!
You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional group working on high-band radio products — from early concept studies to customer acceptance of new radio functionality. You’ll be involved in the design, development, and optimization of software solutions, with a focus on radio applications using C++ and Java-based test frameworks, all within an agile development environment. You’ll work closely with hardware engineers and domain experts to bring innovative radio features to life.

- Proven experience in object-oriented programming, especially in C++, familiarity with Java is a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant experience working in software development
- Experience with embedded software development is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Linux-based development environments.
- Proficiency with version control systems, build systems, and scripting languages.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD processes and agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Technically curious and thrive in a fast-paced, agile software environment.

,[Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and test software solutions, Drive system design, software development, and comprehensive testing of Radio Units., Solve complex technological challenges and mentor junior developers., Oversee end-to-end development activities, coordinating closely with both software and hardware teams., Develop software applications primarily in C++, and contribute to Java-based test frameworks., Work in a multi-functional, multi-cultural environment with supportive teammates.
