The Senior Software Development Engineer will work on the Windows Agent software within a team of other developers, QA, and DevOps personnel. This role takes ownership of their code and works closely with team members to develop new features as well as efficiently address reported defects in ways that delight our customers. Using an Agile/Scrum methodology, they discuss requirements, propose solutions, accurately estimate their work, and then collaborate with others through the entire lifecycle. The Senior Engineer should have strong collaboration and leadership skills working within the team to do code reviews and progress expertise over time.

Required Skills:

1. Previous related experience (4+ years) in commercial software development capacity
2. Experience with C/C++
3. Experience with Windows/Win32 API’s
4. Standard Networking
5. General knowledge of Disk Structure, Partitions and File Systems

12. Previous experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban used)
