- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of procurement experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proven record of delivering commercial value through sourcing initiatives
- Proficiency in procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent English skills, written and verbal
