We are now looking for a person for the position of **Senior Business Transformation Manager (AI & Automation Focus)**Key Responsibilities Your Profile **Education & Background:** Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. **Experience:** Minimum 6+ years of experience in business transformation, ideally within large, complex, or matrix organizations.- Experience in automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or n8n; familiarity with cloud platforms and workflow orchestration tools is an advantage.Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams across regions and functions.- **Skills & Competencies:**Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate vision into actionable plans. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-Level executives. Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional project teams teams.Highly collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in complex matrix environments.
