Collaborate with Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to understand business needs and elicit the requirement for the stakeholders and transform it into deliverable value.
Understand business domain and drive recognition of the fundamental business processes that are related with handling contracts.
Document the deliverable requirements as well as prepare the project documentation, and help to conceptualize overall solutions.
Perform deep analysis based on SQL queries to confirm business requirements, implement proof of concept queries confirming defined business logic.
Prepare / support Product Owner with preparation of data models that will facilitate alignment with destinated data structure.
Create clear and concise communication methods with the key stakeholders, including senior management, prepare materials for such discussions like reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, which leads to value driven approach by working as part of the agile development team.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to help coordinate activities in preparing data and data transfer processes required for defined project scope.
Validate delivered solutions by creating test cases, test SQL queries and test BI reports.
Liaise with multiple business stakeholders to help coordinate User Acceptance Tests and provide test results back to the Scrum Development Team.
Organize interactive workshops for business stakeholders and end users.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in business or business systems analysis.
Strong communication skills (in Polish and English).
Ability to document requirements and project deliverables using UML / BPMN notation.
Experience in SQL programming language, relational and multidimensional data models and databases (Oracle preferred).
Experience in Agile development process flow in an analyst role.
Understanding the basics of Scrum framework.
Ability to pro-actively work with business stakeholders to lead the requirements analysis and UAT sessions.
