Warsaw based opportunity with remote work model (2 days in the office/month).
responsibilities :
Close cooperation with internal business clients as well as developers, testers, and system administrators
Independent analysis and modeling of business processes
Independent feasibility analysis of requirements
Describing requirements in the form of User Stories
Creating analytical/technical documentation in Confluence
Supervising the project team’s work - verifying solution compliance with requirements and assumptions
Participation in test plan preparation and verification of test scenarios before execution
Supporting internal testing of developed solutions
Supporting Helpdesk in analyzing complex incidents
Cooperation with external software providers
Presenting solutions to stakeholders
requirements-expected :
Higher education in computer science
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project implementation as a business-systems analyst (professional experience in: gathering, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, identifying system assumptions and constraints)
Good knowledge of SQL (at a level enabling data analysis)
Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation
Knowledge of CASE tools, e.g., Enterprise Architect
Knowledge and ability to work in agile methodologies (Scrum)
Knowledge of requirement description methods in the form of User Stories or Use Cases
Ability to work in a team, creativity, and good work organization
Analytical thinking, commitment to assigned tasks, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under time pressure
Ability to create technical and training documentation
Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to communicate effectively with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
Experience in independently conducting analysis of a large business initiative
