We are looking for an experienced Business/System Analyst to join a data-driven project, where clarity, structure, and technical depth are critical.
*Employment for 1 month with the possibility of extension up to 6 months.
responsibilities :
Lead requirements discovery workshops with clients, facilitate discussions, ask clarifying questions, and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and logical conflicts.
Model business processes and system behavior using BPMN and activity diagrams, including happy paths and edge cases.
Translate user journeys into clear, actionable product and system steps.
Perform system and technical analysis, including data modeling, defining API contracts, and analyzing dependencies between modules.
Write high-quality user stories (As a / I want / So that) with clear acceptance criteria (Given / When / Then) and defined out-of-scope boundaries.
Support MVP prioritization and scope management, helping to define PoC, MVP, and further development stages.
Ensure clarity and precision of requirements by converting vague expectations into measurable, testable criteria.

Proven experience in business and system analysis within complex, data-driven projects.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder communication.
Hands-on experience with process modeling (BPMN, activity diagrams) and user journey mapping.
Solid background in system and technical analysis, including data models, API definitions, and modular system design.
Ability to write clear, structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Experience with MVP prioritization and scope management in Agile environments.
