Overview

As the Senior Business Success Manager, you will drive significant sales growth of automotive replacement parts within your market. You will be responsible for end-to-end operational management, adapting and executing our strategy to local market nuances. The role requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, optimize sales processes, and achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will lead and inspire a high-performing team and build strong relationships with key partners to contribute to growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Implementation & Adaptation: Lead the implementation of the strategic plan to increase automotive aftermarket parts sales in the market, adapting global strategy to local conditions, competition, and customer needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations in the market, ensuring alignment with quality standards and strategic objectives.
  • Sales Growth & Optimization: Work with sales, marketing, and customer service to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and continuously optimize the sales process to drive revenue.
  • Market Analysis & Insights: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to provide insights; ensure field teams collect relevant data and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and parts distributors; act as primary point of contact for collaborations.
  • Financial Acumen & Budget Management: Own operational budgets and forecasts, monitor performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage overdue payments.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment with clear performance expectations.
  • Performance Reporting & Accountability: Provide regular reports on operational performance with KPIs, analysis, and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in operations management with success in driving sales growth and efficiency; able to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Automotive aftermarket expertise, including parts distribution, supply chain dynamics, and market players.
  • Experience implementing strategic plans and adapting global strategies to local conditions.
  • Leadership & team development experience in cross-functional settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Financial management experience in budgeting and forecasting, with cost-saving initiatives.
  • Stakeholder relationship management with external partners and internal teams.
  • International exposure; experience in a multi-national company and navigating European markets preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
