ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether youre in Warsaw, anywhere in Poland, or anywhere in the EU, youll work closely with clients, helping them clarify needs, structure requirements, and shape solutions that align with business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Leading requirements discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into clear and structured documentation.
• Creating models and analysis using UML, workflows, and data diagrams.
• Supporting solution design and ensuring requirements are understood across teams.
• Facilitating communication between business users, architects, and developers.
• Contributing to impact assessments and change discussions.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); Masters is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or similar roles.
• English at B2-C1.
• One of the following certifications: CBAP (IIBA), OMG Certified UML Professional Advanced, or an equivalent.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and modeling techniques.
• Solid communication abilities and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
