Project

You will be involved in a financial-sector project within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) area, specifically the ISRRP initiative. The project focuses on strengthening security, improving access governance, and ensuring compliance across the organisation. The work involves coordinating IT and security stakeholders, driving cross-department initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of IAM-related transformation activities.

Responsibilities youll have

• Lead and drive project activities within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) / ISRRP programme
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and security projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, and security teams and maintain transparent communication
• Oversee planning, execution, risk management, and reporting for project streams
• Support change management processes related to security, access governance, and IT service transformations
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices and ensure smooth collaboration across cross-functional teams

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience in Project Management within IT and/or security initiatives
• Strong background in driving and managing IT and Security projects, ideally in regulated environments
• Experience as a Delivery Lead or in similar leadership roles
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management and Agile Delivery Management
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, cyber-security principles, and change management processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and navigate complex organisational structures
