Allegro Advertising is one of the largest advertising platforms in Poland. In previous years, our revenue has been growing much faster than the market and we have an aspiration to maintain this trend in the upcoming periods. Our products support our clients in developing sales and strengthening their brand positioning.

This position focuses on developing and ensuring growth of product offering for merchants from off‑Allegro advertising products (currently Google Ads and others in the future). This is not a sales position.

Your main responsibilities

  • Taking end‑to‑end responsibility for defining, qualifying, implementing, and monitoring initiatives focused on improving advertising outside Allegro (Network) to enhance their financial performance and value for merchants
  • Extending Network to other (than Google Ads) providers and preparing go‑to‑market strategies
  • Providing clear guidelines leading to optimization and improvement of advertising campaigns conducted outside Allegro
  • Creating concepts for tests and experiments in the Google Ads environment, overseeing their implementation, and analyzing results to make data‑driven decisions
  • Increasing the adoption and effective use of Network solutions among merchants
  • Structuring challenges and translating figures into insights and actions
  • Systematic monitoring and analysis of users (merchants) behavior to gain a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and pain points related to advertising performance outside Allegro
  • Monitoring and preparing benchmarks of the competitive environment
  • Collaborating closely with internal (incl. Technology, Analytics, UX/UI) and external partners to deliver solutions supporting merchants using advertising products
  • Sharing knowledge with other teams involved in developing Network solutions
  • Preparing documents and presentations for key stakeholders (Executive Team, Group Advertising Director)

What we are looking for?

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in product/services development (preferably in the e‑commerce industry) or/and consulting roles
  • Strong critical and strategic thinking abilities and problem‑solving in ambiguous situations
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Experience in directly managing commercial and/or project teams
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills
  • Hands‑on approach
  • Ability to collaborate and drive alignment at the Top Management level
  • Excellent, structured communication skills and the ability to communicate flawlessly in Polish and English

Nice‑to‑have

  • High level of expertise in terms of available tools, processes, strategies in Google Ads backed by strong experience in creating and optimizing campaigns, product feeds, conducting experiments
