Within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization, we are looking for a Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst. In our team, we focus on holistically transforming the customer journey by investing in innovative ways of working from both an organizational and technological perspective. Our team empowers and enables talents to drive processes, services, digital solutions and capabilities to improve our Diabetes customer experience, increase employee satisfaction, and reduce our cost‑to‑serve.
You are defining the impact of a solution, and you ensure that teams have the right knowledge and confidence to transition through the various phases of change.
You will be working in an international team with colleagues located in different countries. This is a hybrid position with office location in the Center of Expertise in Warsaw.
It would be beneficial for the Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst to have experience with SAP Centerpiece, Salesforce, and/or CRM (ICE). Additionally, experience in Agile Project Management, particularly with Scrum methodology, would be an advantage. Knowledge of the diabetes medical device industry or the pharmaceutical sector would also be highly valuable for this role.
