About The Role

This strategic role supports the deployment of technologically driven supply processes in SAP ERP, working with local business units to ensure compliance with globally defined processes.

Participants include BPO Supply, Super Users, SAP CC Solution Architects, BPOs, BPLs, Data Migration Team, OCM Team, and System Integrator to enable successful deployments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in, structure, present, and facilitate business change assessment workshops with Central Team members and Control teams to identify country variances to the global operating model.
  • Support BPO Supply in reviewing, challenging, and escalating changes for approval as required.
  • Help minimise the number of ‘local’ process exceptions.
  • Contribute to Change Control Board meetings.
  • Coordinate change‑management activities required by other global initiatives.
  • Provide process expertise to project teams regarding scope of transition.
  • Create, update, and maintain relevant documentation based on changes to global templates (including SOPs, user guides, and training materials).
  • Work with BPO Supply to manage the definition, execution, and approval of system testing (including scripts).
  • Collaborate with country teams to drive pre‑requisite implementation and alignment to the operating model.
  • Learn internal and external best practices to improve deployment methodology and end‑to‑end processes.

Experience Were Looking for

  • Experience working in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope.
  • Demonstrable understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes.
  • Experience engaging and managing stakeholders at different levels and multicultural audiences through clear communication and presentations.
  • Experience dealing with and managing conflict.
  • Understanding of supporting multi‑layered projects with inter‑dependencies.
  • Project‑management or Six Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA desirable but not essential.
  • FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
  • Openness to travel (up to 20‑30%).

Skills for Success

SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, end‑to‑end supply‑chain expertise, change management, project coordination, stakeholder management, strong communication and facilitation, problem‑solving, documentation skills, testing and data‑migration coordination, adaptability in matrix organisations, openness to travel.
