What the day will look like

  • Conduct structured interviews and workshops with business teams to capture current process information and requirements.
  • Design, document, and visualize business processes using BPMN 2.0 notations.
  • Demonstrate strong experience using tools such as Microsoft Visio or any recognized process mapping and BPM software.
  • Facilitate process reviews with stakeholders to identify gaps, clarify flows, and incorporate feedback for process refinement.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player with process improvement experts (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belts) to create optimized future state process maps.
  • Play a key role in process documentation during transitions or migrations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Apply basic planning, problem-solving, and analytical techniques to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the business by identifying quick wins or improvement opportunities through analysis and process mapping.
  • Understand and interpret process performance metrics; leverage this experience to drive improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and version controls as processes evolve.

How this opportunity is different

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with business teams to understand, document, and improve business processes. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting interviews, designing process flows using BPMN 2.0 notation, facilitating process reviews for refinement, and defining future state process maps in consultation with process improvement experts. The ideal candidate is an experienced quality control analyst from the ITES or BPM industry, skilled in process documentation and transitions, and holds Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certifications.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Quality Control Analysis, Quality Assurance, or similar role within the ITES or BPM industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process documentation and transitions.
  • Strong experience in process mapping using Microsoft Visio or any recognized process mapping/BPM software.
  • Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 process modeling notation and tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (minimum);
  • Good planning and organizational skills, with an ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to interpret process performance metrics; prior experience in this area is essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and process documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to process improvement projects under the guidance of certified Black Belts or continuous improvement experts.
  • Green Belt certification will be considered an added advantage.
  • Experience supporting business process transitions or migrations.
  • Awareness of process automation concepts and best practices is a plus.
