About project

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Partner who will take ownership of the full sales cycle – from acquiring new clients to developing long‑term relationships with existing partners in the area of software development services.

This role combines strategic sales thinking with strong business consulting skills. Its mission is to drive new revenue growth, build trusted partnerships, and strengthen Inspeerity’s market position.

As a Senior Business Development Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to clients – understanding their technological needs, recommending optimal solutions, and managing the entire sales process end‑to‑end: from prospecting and negotiations to contract signing and handover to the delivery team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
  • Co‑creating growth strategies and collaborating with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives.
  • Preparing commercial offers and client presentations.
  • Collaborating closely with pre‑sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and alignment.
  • Building and maintaining a high‑quality sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Forecasting sales results and reporting directly to the Sales Director.
  • Coordinating with the Delivery team on project resource planning.
  • Participating in sales team meetings and mentoring junior team members.

You will be the best fit if you have

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT / software development services).
  • Strong understanding of purchasing and decision‑making processes within technology‑driven organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and lead strategic discussions with C‑level executives.
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM systems and analytical tools.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC framework will be a plus.
