We seek a full-time Senior Business Development Manager (office based in Kyiv, Ukraine, or Warsaw, Poland).
About the Payment Team:
Our team manages payment infrastructure (acquiring accounts), and optimizes workflows that handle customer payments. We ensure payments are processed and settled quickly and securely, minimizing errors, and reducing fraud risks. We also collaborate with worldwide payment partners and gateways to support global transactions, ensure compliance with regional regulations, and enable seamless cross-border payment solutions.
Responsibilities / Your Impact:
- Identifying new partners for payment processing to provide the best services for our businesses;
- Enabling seamless revenue distribution;
- Managing relationships with several banks and payment providers;
- Overseeing onboarding and KYC processes.
Roadmap 6-12 months:
- Building the full-scale business development stream;
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities and analyze competitors;
- Building relationships with internal teams, existing and potential partners;
- Developing and executing a strategic business development plan aligned with company goals;
- Negotiating partnerships, closing deals, and expanding into new markets or industries.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Understanding how online payment processing works;
- 3-5 years of experience working with international acquiring banks and payment processing providers;
- Strong ability to build and develop effective relationships with partners;
- The ability to build partnerships where no one expects them, find common ground with the most demanding players, and prove that our offer is not just the best, but irreplaceable;
- English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher is a must;
- Ability to take responsibility and perform turnkey tasks.

- Experience working in large, structured international banking institutions;
- Skills in independently collecting, structuring, and analyzing data for effective decision-making.
