Business Development

• Proactively prospect and build long-term partnerships with key industrial clients
• Acquire new clients and develop strategic relationships
• Present offers, lead negotiations, and close deals
• Focus on major accounts and high-impact opportunities
• Support and guide team members on a daily basis
• Help shape the internal structure as the team grows

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or a consulting company
• Strong business mindset and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English and Polish
• Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to build something meaningful
