For our client, a company that is part of an international group operating as a leading provider of data analysis and economic information, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Business Development Manager (BDM).

Main duties will include:

  • Engaging in sales activities within the financial sector.
  • Meeting sales goals on a monthly and annual basis by hitting established KPIs and fostering organic growth within the current business.
  • Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline, with regular, detailed weekly reviews conducted with the Regional Sales Director (RSD).
  • Generating new business opportunities across Poland and Central Eastern Europe.
  • Implementing company strategies to boost revenue while demonstrating personal initiative.
  • Delivering high-level presentations of EMIS services; attending industry events, networking with clients and prospects, gathering contact information and distributing promotional materials.
  • Understanding and effectively communicating the clients workflow, providing valuable feedback.
  • Keeping the CRM system updated, ensuring clear visibility of activities and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in successfully selling business information products, preferably to financial or professional sectors.
  • Experience with SaaS product sales is highly advantageous.
  • Strong ability to identify new opportunities and cultivate them into lasting relationships.
  • Skilled in negotiating with senior management.
  • Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent diplomacy, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • A university degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or International Relations.
