Senior Business Development (Executive) Manager

B2B: 18 000 - 23 000 pln

We offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance office presence with remote work. However, its important to note that the role emphasizes a stronger presence in the office to foster teamwork and effective communication.

Key Duties and Requirements: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success

Scope of responsibilities (yes, we know there’s a lot of text, we tried to be very detailed about the position so you can decide if that’s the role for you):

  • Lead generation through outbound channels (telephone, email, social media),
  • Handling inbound leads according to company standards (quality and reaction time),
  • Actively generating sales meetings through online and offline activities,
  • Coordinating sales processes from lead generation up to sales closing,
  • Attending conferences and events in the assigned markets,
  • Handling sales documentation according to company standards.
  • Responsibility for our sales approach and tactics,
  • Utilizing Social Selling and Video Marketing tactics to get us closer to our target groups,
  • Utilizing our partner channel and business organizations to promote the brand in the assigned markets,
  • Driving and coordinating ABM campaigns,
  • Following market trends and identifying new opportunities to develop our offer.

Operational Development & Change Management

  • Constantly improving our presales and sales processes,
  • Constantly developing our offering and consulting,
  • Being in charge of our KPI management system for sales and marketing,
  • Comprehensively managing change projects and programs across the Revenue Department.
  • Mentoring Team Members: Providing support and mentoring to team members in developing their skills, both in technical areas and soft skills. Offering regular feedback and support in problem-solving and achieving professional goals,
  • Being a Supervisor: Directing and managing the day-to-day activities of the sales team, including setting goals, monitoring results, and taking corrective actions as needed,
  • Motivating team members to achieve high performance by building a positive work environment and supporting their professional development. Planning and organizing regular individual meetings with team members to discuss progress, identify areas for improvement, and establish goals and action plans,
  • Building Technical/Domain Knowledge Base: Researching, gathering, and analyzing the latest technical information and data related to products and services. Creating and updating knowledge resources, including documentation, presentations, and training materials, to support the sales team in better understanding products and services,
  • Conducting Training for Customer Service and Sales Roles: Developing and delivering training for new and existing team members on customer service, sales techniques, and developing communication skills. Tailoring training to different levels of experience and individual needs within the team.

Internal cooperation

  • Collaborating with the whole Revenue Department, Consulting, Account Management, Delivery,
  • Reporting to the CEO and Executive Team,
  • Developing new ideas and processes to grow the business, initiating and managing cross-department projects.

Here’s a set of skills we require:

  • Min 5 years of experience in direct sales within digital solutions, services, or consulting,
  • Min 2 years of experience in leading sales reps,
  • Extensive outbound and prospecting experience,
  • Familiarity with modern B2B sales and marketing tactics: Account Based Marketing, Social Selling & Video Marketing,
  • Good understanding of financial technologies (previous Fintech, Financial SaaS, Financial Digital Services experiences or similar),
  • Excellent business communication skills in English and Polish,
  • Willingness to develop your personal brand on Linkedin under Espeo’s operations,
  • HubSpot (or one of the other top CRMs) and Sales Navigator.
  • Openness for business travels (30-40%) and readiness for work on-site 20-50% working time (Poznań).

Nice to have:

  • Other foreign language (German, one of the Nordics),
  • Tech background/knowledge,
  • Experience with ISO norms.

Navigating the Hiring Process: What does the recruitment process for that position look like?

  • Send an application  containing your resume and describe your experience in the form. You will find a list of questions related to your past career. This is necessary so that we can assess whether you are ready to take on such a challenging role.
  • Video questions  - we will ask you to answer a few questions in the form of a video. Recording a video shouldnt take you more than 15 minutes.
  • HR Screening with Senior Recruitment Specialist  - Emanuela Bodziewska. This stage will take about 45-60 minutes. A member of the recruiting team will explain to you the structure of our company and the specifics of this position. In addition, you can ask as many questions as you want to make sure we are the perfect place to work for you.
  • Interview with CEO -  Przemysław Koper. This stage will take about 90 minutes. Przemek would like to share with you the challenges of taking on this role and talk about your experience.
  • Interview with Operations Director  - Dawid Gałat. At this stage, we will take a closer look at your soft skills. About 30 minutes.
  • Case study/task  to assess your analytical and drawing skills necessary for this position.
  • Meeting in our office and presentation of the task .
  • This is the final step! We will ask you to provide 3 contacts who can give you recommendations.
