Our client is a French engineering and IT services company (ESN) with 700+ employees, specialized in the placement of IT and engineering consultants with major clients.
The group entered the Polish market one year ago and is now entering a strategic growth phase. The local entity is currently composed of one person, with an office located in the very center of Warsaw.
To accelerate its development, we are recruiting a Country Manager Poland, who will play a key, hands‑on role in building and scaling the business locally.
? We are looking for a senior sales profile rather than a pure manager: the role is highly operational at the beginning, with a strong focus on winning new clients.
Key responsibilities
Reporting directly to the group management based in Paris, you will have a high level of autonomy and a strong operational focus.
- Acquire new clients on the Polish market (prospecting, negotiations, deal closing)
- Build and develop a local client portfolio
- Place IT and engineering consultants with your clients
Recruitment & team management
- Recruit a local team of 1–2 sales/recruitment consultants
- Coach and develop the local team
- Contribute to the local growth strategy
- Help structure commercial and recruitment processes
- Monitor performance and provide regular reporting to headquarters
Profile
- Proven experience in business development within an IT services / engineering services company (ESN)
- Strong understanding of the IT and engineering consulting market
- Hunter mindset, highly results-driven
- Strong desire to build and manage a team
- Comfortable in entrepreneurial, fast-growing environments
- Fluent in Polish and English (French is a plus, not mandatory)
