For our client, an established international manufacturing company with Scandinavian ownership, we are currently recruiting for the position of Senior Business Controller.
We are looking for a candidate who will take on a key and independent role in the development of financial management, reporting, and business partnering, combining a hands on approach with a strategic perspective. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the implementation of an ERP system.

Scope of responsibilities

• The role includes actively leading and supporting the ERP implementation project.
• Developing management reporting, BI tools, KPIs and decision support solutions.
• Preparing a development roadmap for financial systems and data models.
• Developing management accounting, cost calculation and performance monitoring models.
• Preparing financial analyses and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Managing and optimizing cash flow and liquidity.
• Owning the monthly closing process.
• Working closely with finance, production and other business units across multiple countries.
  
  Requirements 
• University degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Hands on experience in ERP implementation projects or large scale system transformations.
• Good knowledge of BI tools and management reporting.
• Very strong skills in management accounting, financial analysis and cost calculation.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring in cooperation with the business.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Analytical, structured and independent working style.
• Very good communication skills and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to make decisions based on data and a broad business perspective.
