## For additional information, please review .* Experience in a financial services role* Communications or marketing experience preferred* Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills* Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience* Master’s degree preferred* Coordination of delivery with stakeholders within the Client Organisation (e.g. emailing people, reminding of deadlines, chasing)* Material collation and review against other sources of data for consistency* Consolidation of data from multiple sources or points in time (typically spreadsheet data)* Reconciliation of files (typically Excel) between various iterations or sources* Querying data, obtaining background information to ensure correct interpretation of content* Collation and filing of audit trail documents (e.g. emails, materials produced elsewhere)* Documentation of BAU protocols (non tech)* Support with the execution and evidencing of controls* Other tasks, as required by the team* Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience, Masters degree preferred* Outstanding employment performance, successful candidates will usually have 8+ years of experience in financial services or related industries* Understanding of financial services and the way large financial institutions operate – knowledge of Citi’s Organisation, products and services will be a plus* Previous business execution and / or project management experience desired* Advanced excel / presentation skills essential* Knowledge of tableau / SharePoint or similar tools desired* Knowledge of AI tools and AI prompting will be a plus* Exceptional attention to detail* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to deliver tasks effectively in a high-volume environment with changing priorities* Professional, resilient under pressure and self-motivated in a fast-paced and demanding environment* Ability to partner effectively and collaborate across the firm at varying levels of the organisation* Ability to operate in a virtual global team
