As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead end-to-end analysis for high-impact financial software projects. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders, product teams, and developers, you will guide the entire lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and post-go-live support.

responsibilities :
Gather & Analyze Requirements
Lead discovery sessions to elicit business needs and align on objectives. Translate complex requirements into clear, structured business specifications and documentation.
Model Workflows & Processes
Define and diagram current and future-state business workflows. Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
Design Conceptual Data Models
Collaborate with data architects to define and document high-level data structures. Ensure data alignment across systems during migrations or integrations.
Create Mockups & Prototypes
Develop wireframes and UI mockups (using tools like Figma or similar). Work with UX teams to validate user experience and business logic.
Define Acceptance Criteria & Test Plans
Create detailed acceptance criteria and support UAT execution. Coordinate validation of functional deliverables with stakeholders.
Support Business Transition & Change Management
Lead user training sessions and develop supporting materials. Provide hands-on support during go-live and stabilization phases.
Support Agile Delivery
Collaborate with Scrum teams: participate in grooming, planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Write and refine user stories in JIRA/Confluence.

requirements-expected :
9+ years in business analysis roles, preferably within banking, fintech, or system transformation contexts.
Proven track record in workflow definition, data modeling, prototyping, and training.
Certificate of Higher Education / University Degree / Master’s degree.
Deep domain expertise (lending, payments, compliance).
Strong understanding of conceptual data models and system integration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and sprint management.
Competence in wireframing/mockup tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, etc.).
Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish required).
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong change management skills.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Excel.
Technical background is a plus (basic SQL, Appian, Pega).
