Must have:

• Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent of JLPT N1 or N2, it is not mandatory to have an official JLPT certification)
• Written and spoken English language proficiency (the equivalent of B2 or higher)
• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
• Skills in analyzing and documenting requirements
• Ability to work independently, organize proper stakeholder management, and own BA processes workflow
• Excellent knowledge of requirements decomposition (Epics definition, User stories, Tasks)
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills (working with Japan and CEE based teams)
• Openness to work with Japanese culture
• Able to interface with the technical and business teams

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop product vision and roadmap
• Define epics and stories based on requirements
• Look for the product insights in different sources, validate the assumptions
• Form the prioritized product backlog for implementation teams
• Be the primary contact point for the development team on product-related questions
