Your Task:
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating insurance business needs into clear requirements
Lead feature development, collaborate with stakeholders, and create detailed functional specifications
Analyse APIs and understand the CRM and policy administration systems across different insurance markets
Keep the user experience in focus and ensure compliance with insurance industry standards
Use JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
Support data integration efforts, ensuring smooth connectivity between CRM, claims management, and policy systems.
Tech & Tools, Youll Work With:
Project Management: JIRA, Confluence
API Documentation & Testing: Postman (or similar)
CRM & Insurance Platforms: Experience with Salesforce, Guidewire, or other insurance CRM solutions is a plus
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry (P&C, life, health, or reinsurance)
Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy management, claims, and underwriting processes
Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
Experience with JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and documentation
Ability to read and understand API documentation (Postman) and work with developers on integrations
Excellent communication skills in English (German or French is a plus)
Strong analytical mindset and experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
