Job Responsibilities
- You are a member of an Agile team working for a client in the German financial industry.
- You manage small and medium projects and independently analyze, optimize, and develop complex processes.
- You coordinate user testing with customers and trading partners and collaborate with relevant departments and external parties.
- You identify process changes with major benefits or cost potential and identify synergies.
- You plan, organize, and conduct meetings and workshops and handle risk management and analysis.
- You prepare documentation of the acceptance in corresponding QM tools.
- You create comprehensive business cases (feasibility and profitability analyses) and project, implementation, and process documentation in accordance with internal standards.
- You meet with your team in the office once a month to plan your work and discuss progress.

Qualifications
- Very good communication skills in English (level C1 or higher) and good communication skills in German (level B2 or higher).
- Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or similar.
- Experience as a project manager with sound knowledge of project management; extensive knowledge/experience as a business analyst, process modeler, or technical business analyst focused on E2E online sales in a financial context.
- Confident mastery of agile process models (especially Scrum, Kanban) and corresponding tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, AzureDevOps).
- Experience in digitization projects and user-centric software/service development with a good understanding of IT landscapes, user experience, and processes.
- Knowledge/experience with Swagger or other technical interface documentation, as well as knowledge of API standards (e.g., REST or Graph) and tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus.
- Experience in service design and design thinking methods and corresponding tools (e.g., Visio/Draw.io, Balsamiq/Invision, Sketch) is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in vehicle financing and leasing business.
- Goal-oriented, structured, and responsible way of working, with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
