• Supervise and ensure quality of banking data in alignment with internal standards

• Develop business and architectural concepts for data-related solutions

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate business needs into functional system requirements

• Plan and conduct internal trainings related to data management and tools

• Prepare documentation and support regulatory or audit-related data needs

Wymagania

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis

• Strong PL/SQL skills

• Proficiency in database software and concepts

• Experience with Ab Initio

• Knowledge of tools for gathering and modeling user requirements (e.g., BPMN, UML)

• Ability to design business architecture concepts and solution frameworks

• Strong communication and training skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Understanding of banking data models and domain
