Job Description

1. Business Analysis, documentation of requirements
2. Lead tasks and responsibilities associated with the planning, directing, coordination and support of CO deliverables under Credit Risk Data and Technology Team
3. Manage a group of junior analysts within the team and work collaboratively to achieve desired goals
4. Ability to get work done without direct management responsibilities
5. Ability to delegate but take responsibility for overall progress reporting

1. Exposure to Collibra
2. Comfortable in creating Remediation plans and project management skills
3. Experience managing a multifunctional team and working across functional areas
4. Previous supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership and management skills
5. Demonstrated business case development

1. Support the Credit Risk D&T Team with alignment to CDGP Policy activities
2. Analysing current controls across Client’s internal systems
3. Identifying and establishing data ownership with Business/Risk contacts
4. Collaborating with Technology and Client data governance team to establish the state of affairs with internal systems
5. Documenting all identified gaps
6. Creating a comprehensive remediation plan across all modules in scope
7. Capturing requirements for embedding the required controls in our BAU process around requirements intake and general implementation considerations
