About the project

We are looking for experienced Business Analyst.

Your responsibilities

• Models and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data,
• Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories,
• Supports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software Development
• Maintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycle
• Transfers business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification,
• Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features
• Analyses available systems
• Supports identification of options for potential solutions
• Supports preparation of business cases and feasibility studies
• Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management.
• Responsible for designing, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process Excellence
• Responsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a programmes for continuous improvements of business processes

Our requirements

• Min 8 years of relevant experience
• Ability to evaluate and translate mobilie usability standards
• Proficient in gathering and refining mobile-specific requirements via user stories, acceptace criteria, and backlog grooming.
• Understading of platform guidelines (Apple, Android), app store constraints, and push notification policies.
• Ability to use UX tools like Figma
• Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation,
• Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis,
• Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)
• Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
• Presents excellent analytical and communication skills
• Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively
• English: C1
