responsibilities :

• Lead and manage complete RFI and RFP processes, from preparation to vendor evaluation and final selection.
• Conduct market analysis, including solution landscape insights, vendor capability assessment, and competitive comparisons.
• Develop RFI/RFP documentation, including requirements lists, evaluation criteria, and scoring models.
• Facilitate vendor presentations, Q&A sessions, and technical/functional deep dives.
• Provide structured recommendations supporting vendor selection decisions.
• Ensure alignment between business needs, solution capabilities, and commercial considerations.
• Ensure adherence to IT and project governance standards.
• Contribute to improving governance frameworks, templates, and processes.
• Support project teams in documenting solution scope, business cases, process flows, and operational readiness materials.

• A detail-oriented mindset ensuring accuracy in requirements, analysis, and governance documentation.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for interacting across business and technical domains.
• Analytical abilities to interpret data and support informed decision-making.
• Problem-solving skills for identifying root causes and structuring solutions.
• Negotiation and influencing abilities when dealing with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently, structure complex information, and drive clarity.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
