Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - SAP FI/CO

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive design and implementation works focusing on Finance Controlling, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full solution from an IM perspective.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work independently on business processes and application solutions with a specific focus on Controlling, Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Deliver on Design and Implementation projects.
• Perform independently full lifecycle project tasks: conceptual definition, detailed design, build/configuration, testing, training, conversions & go-live support.
• Tasks cover all aspects of business change (processes, business data, supporting applications, organization alignment, enabling IT infrastructure).
• Work with resources from multiple competence centers across the globe.
• Support the IM MFC Team on Controlling and Finance topics.
• Supervise occasionally Junior Business Analysts.
• Keep up to speed with best practice evolution in respective business process areas of Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology or similar.
• 8 years experience in SAP FICO, with a focus on controlling, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasting, and with a good knowledge of integration with other modules and particularly finance.
• Mandatory skills in Controlling module: Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, Product Cost Controlling, Budgeting & Forecasting and Rolling Forecast.
• Fluent language skills in English (verbal and written).
• Analytical mind and attention to detail make you an ideal candidate.
• Strong communicator with a team player mindset and positive attitude.
• Experience in business transformation projects is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Salary: Estimated salary range PLN 80,000 - PLN 120,000 per year.
