Supporting Oracle and MES systems.
Documenting and analyzing existing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
Analyzing and documenting business processes using Visio and Lean principles.
Facilitating discovery sessions with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Determining best-fit solutions and applications to meet evolving business needs.
Developing functional business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Validating business needs and identifying gaps between standard solutions and customizations.
Conducting story grooming, estimation, prioritization, and sprint planning.
Developing and executing test plans to validate business processes and system functionality.

requirements-expected :

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of experience in IT and software application selection and implementation.
5+ years of experience as a business process analyst.
2+ years of experience in project coordination and management, including planning and scheduling.
Strong process orientation and experience in business and technical requirements analysis.
Proven experience in software implementation and project management.
Oracle Applications and MES systems experience strongly preferred.
Fluent in English.
