Requirements:



Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
2. Proven experience in detailed Process Mapping As-Is and To-Be using PlantUML, BPMN or similar.
3. The ability to develop requirements and functional specification documents.
4. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to write documentation (to cover also technical writer role).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Requirement collection and analysis. Capturing design inputs and analyzing the current platform design.
2. Creation of UI Functional Requirements Document.
3. Creation of Software Requirements Specification (SRS): A detailed list of host platform software requirements.
4. Engage with stakeholders within the business to ensure the business objectives are delivered.
5. Assist the project team with the development of relevant recommendations.
6. Create user documentation following best-in-class practices to ensure clarity and usability.
