Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of Insurance Software: Knowledge of the core product and how it can be customized.
Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
SQL and Database Knowledge: Skills in SQL or other database query languages to manipulate and retrieve data.
System Integration: Understanding of how different systems interact and integrate with each other, especially important for software that adjusts to customer needs.
Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
Fluency in German and English is required.
Willingness to travel frequently as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
