Position
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a client in the pharmaceutical industry. The role is remote and focuses on AI technology‑oriented business analysis within the product team. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and the technical team to design and implement AI and data‑driven solutions, support the development of innovative AI products, and help users integrate advanced AI tools into cloud‑based machine learning environments while ensuring governance and compliance.
Salary
900 − 1040 PLN gross/day (B2B). UoP cooperation is also possible.
Your Role
- You have experience with AI and machine learning platforms such as Dataiku, AWS SageMaker, Databricks, Google Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning, or similar tools.
- You are skilled at bridging communication between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- You are familiar with AI systems, data‑driven solutions, and related requirements.
- You have knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
- You are passionate about AI technologies and how they can be used to implement and scale real business cases.
- You have experience creating and managing User Stories and acceptance criteria, and you can maintain them within tools such as ServiceNow.
- You can effectively collaborate on system validation, translating business and compliance requirements into actionable development tasks.
- You are capable of facilitating user feedback sessions or workshops, transforming user needs into improvement opportunities and ensuring proper communication and follow‑up.
- You can support users in documenting and structuring AI use cases, capturing business value, and promoting solution reusability.
- You can introduce and explain platform offerings to potential users, understand their objectives, and recommend suitable tools or solutions.
- You focus on ensuring that technology solutions effectively address real business challenges and deliver measurable value.
- Familiarity with GxP or validated system environments will be considered an advantage.
Key Tasks
- User Story Management: Create, review, and update User Stories and acceptance criteria, focusing on initial GxP platform qualification and subsequent releases. Set up User Stories within ServiceNow.
- System Validation Collaboration: Collaborate with Business/IT teams on the business system validation process and translate requirements into user stories for the platform.
- User Feedback Facilitation: Conduct user feedback meetings/workshops to map user needs into action plans for continuous improvement of the TripleAI offerings.
- Use Case Documentation: Help platform users shape and describe their specific use cases systematically to ensure customer success, capture business value, and foster solution reusability.
- Business Engagement: Provide a holistic introduction of platform offerings to potential users, understand their objectives, recommend tool selection, and initiate further discussion with platform teams.
- Business Needs Alignment: Ensure that IT‑developed solutions solve real‑world business problems and deliver value to the organization.
