We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong knowledge of workflow tools (Flowable or similar BPMN systems) to join a project in the Banking & Finance sector. This is a fully remote role, available to candidates based in Poland.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and optimize business processes
Support the implementation of workflow solutions using Flowable (or similar BPMN tools)
Contribute expertise in retail banking, especially in client onboarding processes
Provide input on payments and banking product functionalities
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Fluency in Polish and English (both spoken and written)
Hands-on experience in retail banking, particularly onboarding processes
Strong knowledge of BPMN and workflow tools (Flowable or equivalent)
Basic understanding of payments and banking products
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
