responsibilities :


  • Drive and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives aligned with business and data-driven decision-making needs
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define current business processes, requirements, and analytical needs
  • Translate business questions and needs into detailed functional specifications, analytical requirements, and actionable insights
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancements using data analysis, KPIs, and BI insights, recommending improvements and supporting their implementation
  • Support business users in defining meaningful metrics, KPIs, and reporting logic to answer concrete business questions
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, functional and analytical specifications, reporting requirements, project charters, and business cases
  • Document data requirements, metric definitions, calculation logic, and assumptions in a clear and structured way
  • Maintain transparent documentation understandable for both technical (IT, data teams) and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensure that business, reporting, and data requirements are tracked, reported, and resolved efficiently
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring effective communication
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and email communications to various audiences
  • Work closely with UX designers to prepare mockups and prototypes of proposed solutions
  • Support the Project Manager in delivering project objectives on time and within budget
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure quality outcomes
  • Facilitate user participation during solution implementation and deployments

requirements-expected :


  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in an international setting
  • Experience working on projects for large global companies
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
  • Agile environment experience and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience participating in testing, validation, and deployment of BI solutions, reports, and dashboards to ensure high data quality and business relevance
  • Ability to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate data accuracy, and ensure delivered insights effectively address original business questions
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into simplified solutions
  • Solid understanding of BI Tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Knowledge of topics related to data analsyis and modelling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, UML diagram drawing, and basic Jira functionalities
  • Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (C1 level) and Polish (written and spoken)
