Senior Business Analyst Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Conduct a comprehensive Business Analysis (BA) function maturity assessment, evaluating current capabilities, processes, tools, and alignment with program objectives and providing clear recommendations for improvement. Lead the restructuring of the Business Analysis team by assessing the performance of all contractor and full-time resources, eliminating non-value-adding or duplicative roles, and driving the recruitment and onboarding of new (Senior) Business Analysis talents. Design and implement a robust, standardized interview framework for Business Analysts, incorporating competency-based assessment and case studies. Establish and institutionalize Business Analysis best practices and ways of working, such as defining standards for business requirements documentation and traceability or creating and executing onboarding approaches and learning paths for new BA personnel. Collaborate closely with the global Business Analysis Center of Excellence to ensure that global BA standards, methodologies, and tools are fully embedded within the CRS Ecosystem program, and regularly share insights, materials, and lessons learned from the program back into the global framework. Prepare the program for expansion into additional countries by designing and leading a structured two-step assessment process that future countries will follow. Contribute to the definition and design of the future BAU (Business-As-Usual) organization supporting the CRS Ecosystem. Support the development of the CRS Ecosystem Knowledge Center, including structuring, taxonomy, and governance model. Support the preparation, design, and facilitation of multi-country requirements workshops aimed at consolidating business needs. Employer requirements Minimum of 15 years’ experience in large-scale insurance transformation programs with a focus on Commercial Insurance and strategy. Outstanding communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple countries and cultures. Strong strategic mindset with advanced business analysis capabilities and analytical skills. Fluent in English, with professional fluency in Dutch, German, Flemish, or French. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing Business Analysts/team members. Solid understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and established business analysis methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio or equivalent. Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
