• We are looking for experienced Business Analyst who will support our client.
• - Hybrid work: 1-2 days per week from the office in Warsaw/Łódź/Gdańsk
• - FinTech projects

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions
• Helping to design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Working closely together with stakeholders across Nordea to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
• Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units
• Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT projects
• At least 3 years of experience as IT Business Analyst
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, big data
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and problem solving
• Knowledge of SQL, Hive
• Fluent English and Polish
