WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Proxy-Product Owner
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and an engineering mindset
• Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
• Proficiency in functional decomposition and estimation techniques
• Strong diagram skills: UML, BPMN
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience working in scrum environments
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in user research and collaboration with UX/UI teams.
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with curiosity, innovation, problem-solving abilities, and a get-it-done attitude

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow (related certification)
• ECBA/CCBA certification
• Experience in building user journeys, jobs to be done, and value proposition canvases

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Analyze stakeholder needs, elicit, and document business requirements.
• Design, document new processes, and perform functional analyses.
• Define project scopes, recommend processes/designs, and integrate them into business operations.
• Create user stories/user cases with defined acceptance criteria.
• Cooperate with Product Managers to drive and execute Product Strategy and value generation.
• Collaborate with Development Team to execute development and deploy changes.
• Work closely with Business Stakeholders to meet their needs and pain points to work out to-be solution.
• Support Agile incremental delivery and promote product adoption.
