Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing business needs and acting as interface between Business and IT department
- Support IT developers to transform existing real estate business processes into applications
- Collaborate internally to ensure internal data flow to serve our systems and allow correct and complete reporting (interface development and maintenance)
- Test, approve and document the created solutions
- Act as application owner for real estate IT systems
- Participate in IT projects involving data processing
Qualifications
- Degree in business management or comparable professional training
- Experience in database projects / SQL scripting
- Know How of processes in capital management company and/or Real Estate sector would be an advantage
- Quick apprehension regarding IT systems and data flows
- Interest to support digitalization projects
- Interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with external and internal partners
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German language would be an asset
