Mastercard Processing is an issuing processor headquartered in Warsaw, Poland and operating worldwide. Responsibilities
- Work with external stakeholders to understand, gather and document detailed business requirements regarding products to be implemented in MP (issuing of different types of cards – prepaid, debit, credit, commercial – with value‑added services such as MDES, 3DS2.0, ABU).
- Produce written documentation of the client’s business requirements (functional and non‑functional) according to UML and BPMN standards.
- Prepare system analysis of business requirements (use cases, activity diagrams, interface specifications and mappings) using the Enterprise Architect tool.
- Work closely with the client to discover needs and explain how MP’s system will address them.
- Collaborate with other teams and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Support the planning and execution of internal tests of developed solutions.
- Work flexibly to meet deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Very good understanding of cards and payments area.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architect tool.
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN standards.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal technical writing.
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within defined timeframes.
- Passion for creating solutions and a positive attitude to change.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in analysis (at least 3 years).
