About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a key change initiative focused on aligning AI-related policies and frameworks with EU regulatory requirements. This role sits within a global Change Delivery Centre of Excellence and will collaborate closely with stakeholders across European markets, particularly Germany.
You will play a pivotal role in translating regulatory obligations into actionable business and policy documentation — ensuring compliance readiness and guiding stakeholders through implementation.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation (approx. 400 of 600 total requirements to be addressed).
- Draft and update around 10 key governance documents — including policies, standards, and frameworks — to align with EU and local regulations (e. g. EU AI Act).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map requirements, identify gaps, and propose compliant solutions.
- Guide stakeholders through the first implementation and ensure audit-readiness of project deliverables.
- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and legal teams, ensuring solutions meet both operational and regulatory expectations.
- Maintain documentation in line with Change Delivery and Compliance standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst in large-scale change or regulatory projects.
- Experience / education or strong understanding of legal and regulatory domains — ideally gained in compliance, policy, risk, or similar projects.
- Strong experience in requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent written and spoken English (policy-level writing).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills – capable of managing complex documentation sets.
- Proficiency in Excel and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, ADO, MS Teams).
- Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, or compliance frameworks (EU AI Act understanding highly valued).
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
