We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale, enterprise-level IT and business transformation initiatives of our Client!
?Remote work (from Poland) + occasional visits in Warsaw office (max 5 times per month)

responsibilities :
Model and document business processes, roles, and data flows
Elicit and analyse business needs and user requirements
Support product owners and business teams during development
Manage and maintain requirements across the system lifecycle
Take a holistic role in planning and managing continuous business process improvement programmes
Support organizational change and staff readiness for new processes
Assist in strategic planning and define transition roadmaps
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience, including experience in at least one full SDLC
Bachelor or Master Degree - mandatory
Minimum 2 internationally recognised certifications, such as: CCBA® or equivalent and tified UML Professional (Foundation) or BPMN 2 Fundamental or equivalent
Expertise in BPMN and knowledge of UML modeling (capability diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams etc.)
Experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale projects (>1 year, >€1M budget), preferably ERP
Experience in domains such as Logistics, Asset/Fleet Management, Finance, HR, Legal, PM would be an asset
Proficiency with modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS or similar)
Advanced English - at least C1
Ability to contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management
