Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Business Administration with specialization in Finance.
Minimum 5+ years in software development, business analysis, or financial technology.
Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, preferably with expertise in Fixed Income securities and trade flow.
Strong background in data integration, including knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML) and consistency models in distributed systems.
Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and SaaS platforms.
Proven experience working within Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), leading sprints, and using tools such as Jira or Trello.
Ability to contribute effectively to product management or software engineering teams.
Experience collaborating with remote and distributed teams.
Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
Demonstrated success working with multiple business stakeholders in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Experience with Security Reference data management is a plus.
Financial Services industry experience is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including reconciling conflicting data
Ability to translate business needs into application requirements and comprehensive functional/technical specifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and advanced writing skills for summarizing complex information
